UNIFI provides strategy, content, creative and digital marketing services, including the Impact and Growth packages described on this site. Package inclusions, deliverables and pricing are as listed on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Specific payment terms are agreed upon directly with each client before work begins.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary brand assets, and approvals required for us to deliver work on schedule.

Intellectual Property

Final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. UNIFI retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

UNIFI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice, as agreed upon at the start of the engagement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
